Warehouse Worker (38.25 hours)
Are you hands-on, organized, and do you enjoy making sure that goods, the warehouse, and the handling of shipments to and from our remote workers run smoothly? As a Remote Work Coordinator / Warehouse Associate, you’ll serve as the logistical hub between our inventory, production, and remote workers from our office and warehouse in Enschede. And are you flexible enough to help out in production when needed? Then we’re looking for you!
What are you going to do?
Your work will be varied and flexible. Your responsibilities will include:
Work-from-Home Support & Transportation: Transporting goods and materials to and from our remote workers, including the associated quality control upon receipt.
Management & Inventory: Periodically checking warehouse inventory for quality and quantity, efficiently organizing the warehouse, and promptly identifying and reporting stock shortages.
Goods Receiving & Inspection: Conducting incoming inspections of deliveries, verifying waybills and production orders, and rejecting delivered goods if they do not meet the specified quality requirements.
Production Support: If there are no warehouse or remote work tasks, you’ll flexibly assist in the production department according to the applicable instructions.
Administrative Processing: Accurately, completely, and correctly documenting your work on the appropriate forms (including a list of materials used).
What is your typical workday like?
Your workday is varied and dynamic. One moment you’re in our warehouse checking incoming goods, and the next you’re getting in the car to deliver materials to our remote workers. Upon your return, you’ll immediately perform quality control and process the paperwork. If there’s no work for the warehouse or the remote workers at that moment, you’ll switch over to the production department right away to support your colleagues there. No two days are the same!
Who are we looking for?
You work with precision, in an organized manner, and have a practical mindset.
You have a flexible and team-oriented work ethic (you don't mind stepping in to help with production when needed).
You have a valid Class B driver's license.
You have a professional demeanor and communicate easily with remote workers and colleagues.
You're physically fit and enjoy rolling up your sleeves and getting to work.
You're good at keeping track of things in the warehouse, you're quality-oriented, and you have an eye for detail.
Experience: Experience in a similar logistics, warehouse, or transportation environment is preferred.
Languages: Excellent command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written.
