The standard production time for printed napkins is 5 business days. Do you need the napkins sooner? With expedited service, the production time is only 3 business days.
The production time begins upon receipt of the order and the correct print files.
Due to the production process, printing cannot extend all the way to every edge of the available print area. The design must therefore remain within the specified maximum print area.
Yes, digital printing is particularly well-suited for designs with multiple colours, images, details, and color gradients, provided the submitted file is of sufficient quality.
Yes. A napkin does not have a completely smooth surface. As a result, its texture and embossing may show through the print and affect the sharpness of very fine details.
Yes. With digital printing, the position of the printed image may vary by a few millimeters. This slight positional variation is inherent to the production process and falls within the standard production tolerance. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the exact positioning of the printed image.
Tissue napkins are made of multiple layers of soft tissue paper. They are lightweight, pliable, and suitable for everyday use, events, the hospitality industry, and promotional applications.
Airlaid napkins are made from a sturdier, absorbent material with a more fabric-like look and feel. They are thicker and more luxurious than tissue napkins and are therefore often chosen for restaurants, hotels, catering, and other occasions where a high-quality look is desired.
Both types of napkins can be printed with your own logo, text, or design.
Digital printing is ideal for full-colour designs, logos, images, and color gradients. However, on large solid areas, ink coverage may be less uniform than with flexographic printing. Due to the nap and absorbent nature of the napkin, slight variations or differences in coverage may be visible in a large printed area.
When a design consists mainly of large, solid areas of color, flexographic printing may therefore be a more suitable printing technique.
